Does what it says!
This stuff will take you from brassy to icy blonde! I could smell the bleach in it! It really works! A little drying so use a good deep conditioner after.

Purple Hair Mask
I do love this purple deep hair conditioner. It stains though very easily if you were to lay your head on the tub while having the purple conditioner on your hair. A good toner though for blondes.

Wish I had taken a before picture
I am 54 years old. My hair is naturally blonde. I have not been dying my hair. I've been allowing it to go grey naturally. My grey tends to be more like a platinum blonde. However, our well water has left me with green and yellow streaks and a brassy look to my darker blonde locks underneath. Basically, when I do an up do my hair looks like I had dyed it red and am letting it go grey. Ugh! Not at all what I do. I haven't touched my hair with even a blonde highlight since I was in my 30's! (Included photos are in natural sunlight. No filters. You can see my purple scalp and breakage around my face as well as purple hued hair. I’m hoping a month of washing gets that gone before my uncles wedding in September. Ugh!) So, I researched and fell upon this product line. I was not intending on dying my entire head of hair purple nor was I trying to be a victim here. A lot of the reviews I read were telling me that their hair and hands were turned purple. Many of those reviews were where they had left the product on a LOT longer than the recommended time and had not applied it as the instructions state. So, I followed the instructions and since my hair is naturally blonde and thin I opted for a shorter sit time my first time using the product and I am so glad I did!!! If I had left it on for the directed 10 minutes, I can only imagine that I would have looked like BARNEY! Here is my honest experience after one time use: 1) I do not dye my hair. The two days prior to using this product I was using a sample of Suave Shampoo and Conditioner (pink - a sample Walmart gave out which goes with the Barbie movie) which surprised the heck out of me with how balanced it made my hair and scalp. I didn't have to do any heat styling whatsoever after using the suave products. My hair was silkie smooth and manageable. [I'll actually be purchasing this product - HUGE surprise to me!!! Just to try to get my hair balanced again after the Bellisso Blunder. :(...... ] 2) I did not leave the Bellisso purple mask on longer than 2 minutes 3) Product turned my hands purple 4) Product turned my scalp purple, especially around my face/hairline. So, I rinsed for a minimum of 10 minutes with cool water. When that didn't seem to be working, I put the water on a bit warmer. 5) Product made my hair break. Prior to applying, my hair was so soft. It looked very healthy and was NOT at all dry. Now, it is dry and brittle. I can see where it is broken around my face after ONE use. I have been working so hard for the past year (after a bad perm) to fix my hair. The breakage was grown out around my face. I am now back to square one with ugly breakage around my face! 6) Did not remove the yellow and green from my hair. 7) Left my hair looking purplish blue. Especially around my face. UGH! 8) I washed my hair prior to application with Bellisso Purple shampoo. Towel dry. I did not see a difference in the yellow. Also, noted that the shampoo was VERY WATERY. Applied the mask product evenly throughout my hair. 9) My scalp is itchy. Feels dry, itchy and tender. (I do NOT have finger nails. I have five kids, a farm with sheep and huge gardens. There are no nails left on these hands. LOL Also, I know better than to use fingernails when working hair.) 10) After rinsing for 10 minutes and not feeling a difference. I did follow the mask with the Bellisso purple conditioner because my scalp felt itchy and my hair brittle. The only "ok" is that I can stand the scent. Which is AMAZING because I am extremely sensitive to fragrances. It may be that the 10 minute rinse in an attempt to get the purple off my scalp and off my the hairline along my face curbed part of that. No, I would NOT recommend this product. Sorry.

Leaves hair lavender
Definitely works to toner yellow bleached hair. However,I did have a hard time working it into all of my rough, freshly bleached dry hair, and now most of my hair is still a lavender purple.im hoping that will go away(my hands were stained too but I scrubbed them clean) My hair is very soft now but I'm not sure if its from the mask or my bond repairing conditioner I use. Overall, the part of my hair that did get coated with the mask and that did wash clean are definitely the platinum color I was trying for,but then there's the purple hair and a bunch of brass hair where I guess I didn't the mask into my hair good enough.(user error lol) I left it on for about 30 min. If the purple washed out,I'll give it 5 stars

Luxurious
I'll start off by saying I am a natural blonde already but I wanted to bleach my hair really light. I did a box blonde and while I like how light I got, the top of my head especially turned out very yellow. So I thought I'd give this a try. Can't beat the price & I was impressed by the reviews. First of all, opening the box I was sort of surprised there is no plastic seal or anything over the jar top. When you take the lid off, it is already open. I'm not really weirded out by this but just FYI... Next.. it smells amazing. I love the smell! The instructions say to leave in 10 minutes. I read reviews that some people left it on an entire hour. However, when I use purple shampoo on my hair, if I leave it too long I am left with a purple tint after washing out. (Maybe since my hair is naturally light already??) So even though I had a lot of toning to do, I was hesitant to leave it on too long. I decided on somewhere between 30-40 minutes (I didn't set a timer I just estimated!) ... Washed out, and I was left with some pale lavender hint of color at my roots and in my bangs. It's not terrible and it lightened up more as my hair dried. It really doesn't bother me at all, and it will be gone eventually. but if you don't want to be left with any lavender hue I would recommend starting at the lower end of time. It definitely toned out the yellow for sure. HUGE difference. Even as exciting as that, is the fact that it made my hair softer than I have felt it for as long as I can remember .... I read some reviews that said this, but didn't really think about it until my hair was dry and realized how soft and silky my hair feels! Can't stop touching it! If they sold a product just for moisturizing and silkiness I would buy it just for that. My hair is SO smooth, silky, & shiny. All that being said, taking into account the price of this stuff, the smell, the effectiveness of toning, and the moisturizing effects it gives... I give this product 5 stars. Definitely worth the money. Just be cautious of the purple tone if you're concerned about that :)

Basic Purple Conditioner - No Toner
I ordered this mask because it said it had a Toner as well. There is no real Toner. The product is like any basic purple anti-brass conditioner. It helps with the orange-tint i get due to my well water. I'm a blonde so it doesn't take long for my hair to turn brassy. But it doesn't do any Toner color change to the hair. Overall, it is a good deep conditioner. It works best if you use it on wet hair and use a warm towel on your head and let it set for 10 minutes. I put a towel in the dryer.

It works!
This took away all of the unwanted yellow brassy notes in my lightened hair. I spent a good bit of money professionally getting my natural dark blonde hair a lighter blonde balayage for summer, however, the stylist turned it a golden yellow. I was really bummed about how it turned out, it looked unnatural and terrible with my complexion. Frustrated, I went and bought a purple shampoo and conditioner to tone down the yellow, it did not work as I had hoped. Then, I turned to THIS product. Left it in for an hour( I wanted to be certain to get all of the brassy tones out), and it made it a beautiful cooler ashy blonde. Looked much more natural and was the color I originally wanted. I used it a second time a few days later, just to see what another use would do, and it was more subtle, but still added more coolness to my blonde. I did follow with my usual conditioner after washing it out. I will say—- it doesn’t act as the best softening conditioner, however I was not using it for that. This product will mainly take away brassy tones which is what I was after. Slightly does turn your “bare” hands purple, but after rinsing it out in the shower and applying conditioner, purple hands are gone. Not a big deal. May turn super light strands lavender if you leave it in for as long as I did and use it a second time (it only turned a few light strands a lavender color my second use, which is to be expected) but again, not a big deal, it goes away after one wash. Overall, recommend if you’re just trying to rid of nasty brassy tones. It will work!

Best stuff
The absolute best stuff I have found to take that yellowness out of blonde foiled hair that’s meant to be white blonde and that turns yellow. Forget purple shampoo, just comb a generous dollop of this into your hair prior to shampooing for 10 minutes. I think this would work brilliantly on gray hair that’s yellowing as well.
