It is smaller than it looks and my 15lbs dog barely fits. But this did keep the dog cool during unusually hot summer in an apartment without air conditioning. The only problem is that condensed water drips on the dog but this can be easily solved by attaching a towel to the ceiling.

This carrier is a very simple design and ruggedly built. Everything is as advertised; however, you may want to add a rubber gasket to the ice / water bin as I have to prevent leakage. Keep in mind this carrier is not small enough to qualify for "in-cabin" flight. It will need to go below in the cargo area of the plane. Everything else about this carrier is fantastic. We will be using ours to transport our cats to Japan from Germany.

My bunnies love this carrier. I'm so glad I got it ! it is a little bit small but perfect for 2 small rabbits.

So far so good. Can;t find anything wrong with product and my adult sized cat LOVES sleeping in it for some odd reason.

I love this carrier. It is the perfect size for my cat. The carrier comes with extra bolts for airline security but works great with the existing bolts, too. The carrier has very cute paw print cut outs for ventilation. I love the idea of using the ice filler to keep the carrier cool in transport and as it melts it becomes water for my pet. I leave the carrier out all the time so my cats are used to looking at it and less anxious when I transport them. The size is good for one adult cat or small dog. Several kittens/puppies would also fit well. I plan on purchasing another carrier for my other cat and retiring my old soft carriers. I have also used the top lid for my wallet so I do not have to carry a purse to the vet. Very convenient! If your pet is nervous, this comes with attachable curtains. They have thought of everything!
