I bought this during lockdown to treat my other half to a nice Prosecco brunch to cheer her up. It arrived ok, was easy enough to assemble and at first glance, it looked like a good buy but after just one use the top deck started to wobble. We used it again and it literally felt like a bag of nuts and bolts, it was wobbling all over the place and then it just fell into pieces when i tried to pick it up. The metal shaft that goes through the centre was not made correctly and it broke into 3 pieces. We tried to get it mended and were told the components were cheap tacky and were never going to last more than a few uses. Do not buy one of these, they look nice, seem like a decent idea but they're so shoddily built they're a complete waste of money.

Very pleased with this item, quick delivery and it looks nice as expected. Looking forward to showing it off over Christmas.However, one of the bowls is chipped so cannot be used, which is a shame. As needed for over the Festive period I have decided not to return and to use it with 5 bowls only. Better packaging in the box may prevent this.

I bought this having read some of the glowing reviews - but clearly something isn't quite right....This Product is put together by screwing the metal 'rod' that holds the wooden serving plates into one another - unfortunately, and I had the first item replaced due to this issue, the second items that came also didn't screw together well enough for me to trust the item. The machining of the connecting rod is really poor quality and you do not get a tight enough connection, which clearly risks the handle coming away from the unit once it is lifted up.Please do not waste your money buying this - you will only end up sending it back, or it falling apart whilst in use.Probably worth £2.99 and using SuperGlue to keep it held together - which then presents you with a storage issue.In summary - Junk, avoid.

This was a Christmas gift to a family member. They just opened this to use it (first opportunity due to lockdown) and the thread isn't long enough, so it doesn't screw together and cannot be used for the intended purpose, or any purpose really. Completely useless and very disappointing all round. The return window has now passed so I don't know what we can do other than take the hit? If anyone buys this I advise checking it fits together the day it arrives.

It's ok except the centre screw is poor and the thread stripped with ease plus storing it is a nightmare ... you obviously have to dismantle it every time and replace it in its box.

A quality product. I purchased this to store perfumes in two tiers, not to serve food. It looks good, is easy to assemble (DIY-inclined husband was only too pleased to help with the assembly) and it stores my many perfumes well; I can fit about 12 bottles of varying sizes.One star deducted because one of the six little bowls arrived chipped, owing to poor packaging of the bowls with no cushioning. I found the little chip in the box so it seems to have been despatched in good condition. The rest of the packaging was pretty good.I'm not using this product for food storage, however that is the intended use, so this packaging glitch was worth sharing.Overall, pleased with the product.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my father, and he loves it. The quality was really good and everything came in perfect condition. I had read reviews that it wasn't packaged well which ended up chipping one of the bowls, so I decided to take the risk and I'm so glad I did. However, I do agree that the packaging could have been done much better as the little dishes have no protection in the box at all, so in purchasing this product you are taking a risk, but the product itself is lovely.
