The product is pretty much just one massage session and is a great value for money. This product charges fast and is used cordless. Easy to travel with. You can (1) reverse the massage clockwise / counter clockwise, (2) change the heat setting, and (3) change the intensity. Highly recommended.

I love this purchase. Was pretty skeptical about it since i had no idea about the brand nor have I ever purchased any electronic devices online at the time but my whole family uses it. The charge lasts long enough and I love that you can use it on different parts of your body, some slightly not so convenient but hey if you can't afford getting massages from professionals then this is the next best thing. I also work long hours at my desk so i started having a stiff and cramping back but I haven't had the pain return since i used the massager for about 2 days in a row. I highly recommend it. Not rating it a 5 only because the design or placement of the buttons can be improved, it's a bit of a stuggle sometimes to navigate to it and then to re-adjust the massagers position. But overall, great product.

I am almost certain that, I had reviewed this before, which included operating times & strengths but here I am again. But now I don't recall details but know it works well & that the wireless feature is a big plus. The only crit is that the controls could have been placed much lower.

Really helps iron out the little aches and pains! It's also great that it's portable and cordless. Highly recommend getting one for yourself or your loved ones.

Read the manual, and i was not sure if it is already charged or not.. but i tested first without charging.. did not start… so i charged for about 2 hrs.. and did not start.. thought it needs kore charging and left it another 1 hr.. did not start..

Feels terrific on neck and shoulders. I like that you can rest your arms in the loops, and you can you use that to apply more pressure to the massage. This version is cordless, which makes it very easy to move around and use anywhere without having to mess w/ the wires. It's also nice to use on my mid-back by leaning against a couch.

I purchased this primarily for my SO who was having neck pain due to stress. I also wanted to use it for a tight back that I get from sitting and programming too long. I looked at a variety of units from various manufacturers. I initially rejected this unit due to the long arms which seemed to me to be pretty useless. However, the more reviews I read, the more the long arms seemed to make sense, not only in being able to hold the unit in various places and positions, but also just for comfort and the fact that gravity and the weight of my arms will assist in the unit working. The unit arrived two days ago... and I can say that I am extremely pleased. The quality of the build and material is very good. The controls could be a bit lower than they are, but work well and are easy to understand and remember. The unit is very effective at relieving pain. We've used it on our necks, upper and lower backs, all to good results. The best was when my SO used it... he got a blissful look, the kind you only see on a dog when you are rubbing "just the right spot". An extreme 'pro' is the fact that it is wireless. So far (from two nights of casual use between two people) I have not yet had to recharge it. No wires makes it much easier to use the device while walking around, or when moving it to a new position. Anyway... good build... good results... good purchase. Update: I purchased a second one of these for a friend of mine. They have used it for over a month now and love it. Similar to myself, the slower speed seems to be the most effective. I also should update and say that the battery life is excellent. We get easily 20 or more uses before it starts to noticeably slow up and needs a recharge.

My goodness this thing has been a life saver. I am 26 but suffer from pretty bad neck and back pain from bad posture/genetics/physical labor whatever it may be I just know I was in painnn all day and night and it was getting worse so I ordered this and the first time I used it holy moly I didn’t realize how many knots could be in one back.. I was sore for like 3 days because I probably over did it but WOW it was like a cure. No more tossing and turning all night from back pain, I don’t wake up with a crick in my neck everyday. I even got my spouse to use it and he’s obsessed too! He’s bigger so it doesn’t get the best spots for him like it does for me (I’m assuming) but he still uses it and says it helps a lot. I ordered a different brand resteck and returned it because we both preferred this one. It actually massages the knots out and gives so much relief. I stopped using it for a few weeks and my back and neck were getting tight and sore again and I just used it and instantly feel so much better. I’d recommend this specific one to anyone. I was iffy if I even needed the cordless but I’m glad it is because plugging it in all the time is actually annoying. It is built well for the price and I like the 2 speeds. The heat is too warm for me so I usually turn it off but I really have no complaints.

I have been using the Snailax shiatsu massager for over a week now, it's my first using one of these, and it's a real life saver !!! I decided to purchase that one because of the cordless feature and good reviews related to this brand: let me tell you it does not disappoint !! It comes in charged up and ready to use as soon as I opened the box, massage is very effective and reminds me of the efficacy of those "massaging chairs" me and my young son love to use at the airport :)... It really works on those trigger points and untangle muscle knots. The heat feature is pleasant while not too hot. It stops on its own after 15 minutes of massage as a safety feature, but all you have to do is press the on button again if you're not through using it. The leather and casing is very comfortable and well made (not cheap looking). So far the battery life has been working great and hasn't ran out of juice yet; it is fully charged within a couple hours of charging. I'm very impressed with this device and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat !! Truly a wonderful and soothing thing to own !! Shipping was super fast too!! I purchased this product and it was delivered next day. I tried it right away after charging. The massaging power is so strong that really surprises me. It is not a heat pad, but you do feel warm if the heating is on. I have a massaging chair which also does the neck. But this thing focuses on the neck and shoulder, and it releases my pain significantly. I have used it 6 times in the first 24 hours, 15 minutes each, on a single charge. So the battery life per charge is accurate as advertised. I have the warranty extended, which will give me worry-free usage for three years. My wife was suspicious at first, but when she decided to give it a try, she could not stop using it.
