12.5" High Temperature Hot Cold 4roll Pouch Film Laminating Machine Laminator

This came with a blue line on the roller...I plugged it in to use it and it is spinning but smoking. Not sure if that is supposed to be there but this thing is scary to have plugged in with little ones...check this once it arrives I waited to check this out and am out my money!!!!!
