Have water leakage

Received not same as picture and damaged
Received not same as picture (not with push button)and also damage at side Like fall down somewhere ..I didn't return back as hot and cold water are working well so far.. delivery service was fast as usual. Hot water faucet started leaking after a few months
I bought a dispenser on Amazon in November and everything was good, but recently (after 5 months) it started leaking. Water leaks from the place where the hot water faucet is connected to the base and flows down outside of the base of the dispenser. So much water flows out that a puddle appears on the floor.
