Amazon won't ship these to Vermont....why?

In the state of Vermont it is illegal for anyone without a state issued wholesale or retail license to ship any form of tobacco or vaping products including any item considered paraphernalia to a private party. Unfortunately in the absence of said license you will not be able to purchase these in Vermont as a private sale. You could ask a local retailer if they can order them for you but that will most likely cost more. If you have a friend in another state without such laws they could order it for you and mail it to you but short of those two solutions you will not be able to buy this product in the state of Vermont.

No brand-name is printed on the bag label and upc does not match listing, so how do i know if the screens i received are actually up in smoke brand?

I don’t know if it is the brand name you’re after, but these screens works perfectly fine. Check to see the size you need before ordering. I’m happy with my 3/4” size.
