My top 5 "loves."- Smallest bluetooth headset I've found.- Super small and lightweight. Not bad. Spoke a different language to me for awhile so it was hard to figure out. Then all of a sudden it started speaking English. Also sound quality is not that great. Everything has an echo.

Nothing To Hold It To Your Ear; Needs An Over-The-Ear Hookl
This is the first tiny earphone like this that did not have a definite earbud and/or an over-the-ear hook clipped on. It is basically a flat piece of reinforced silicone with a small silicone ear hook. However, there is little the silicone ear hook can do because their is no earbud to go in your ear canal.As designed, and without an over-the-ear hook, this earphone will not stay on my ear.On the side of the earphone there is little lever type switch that you press one way or the other the to increase or decrease the volume in a very small range or make track changes, either go back or go to the next track. As I worked with the earphone trying to find a way to keep it from falling, I kept moving that lever so I kept going back to the beginning of the song or going to the next one. This thing is so small you can't avoid moving that lever as you try to get the earphone to stick to your ear.If it had an over-the-ear hook like others of this sort do, this might be alright. It would certainly be better than the 2-stars I am giving now. But no over-the-ear hook comes with this earphone, only a charge cable and user guide.I took the ear hook off another earphone and put it on this one. Made all the difference in the world, felt very secure. This is not a loud earphone, but with the over-the-ear hook holding it against my ear canal, I could get the maximum volume it can produce. An over-the-ear hook is all that is need to change this earphone from 2 stars to at least 4.Sample provided at a discount to test and review.
