Nothing special.
I found that 1.5 tablespoons per 6 fl oz is the best for a coffee maker. The flavor is a bit weak honestly. A one time buy.

Absolutely Delicious!
I use this coffee in both a French Press and Regular coffee maker. It has a bold taste and tastes just like regular coffee but without the acid and caffeine. This product is a game changer for many conditions that don't do well with acid foods or beverages.

Disappointingly acidic
I was temporarily unable to obtain my usual decaf - Don Pablo so ordered the Sympatico as it is advertised as very low acid. I have trouble with and am treated for severe acid reflux. The Sympatico was very hard on my stomach. There was a burning sensation the minute it was in my mouth. Unfortunately this coffee did not work for me.
