They really do taste as good a sweets - if you have the self-discipline to not eat the whole lot in one go, they're a great choice.

Having a childproof cap on these gummies makes sense. They look and initially taste very much like sweets, and I can certainly imagine my kids trying to sneak one out of the pot just for the sweet taste, despite their 12+ age recommendation.They might be in for a nasty surprise though- they might well find the aftertaste quite off putting, because after the slightly Ribena-ish initial taste, there’s an aftertaste which is slightly more sour and metallic, thanks to the elderberry extract I think, but also because the shape of the gummies misleads you into thinking of blackberries, instead of slightly tangier blueberries. It’s a bitter taste that will probably divide opinion, and some people may end up wanting to wash it down.The other aspects of the presentation of these gummies is generally good. It’s a small pot, without a lot of wasted space, filled fairly close to the top with the gummies. The dietary information is printed quite small but still clear.Compared to other vitamin capsules, the vitamin content here is surprisingly modest. While other capsules don’t seem to think twice about providing well over the recommended daily amount of something like vitamin C, these capsules instead offer 62.5% of the adult RDA, and 50% of your RDA of zinc. So people looking for an intensive dose of either of those things will be better served by shopping around at other brands, that play more fast and loose with their RDA considerations.It’s roughly average value at time of writing, especially considering the fairly understated vitamin content, and I think quite a few people may have my initial reaction- feeling 5 stars about the initial taste, then more like 3 stars for the aftertaste. 4 stars is my compromise.

The NUTRIGUMS Vitamin Immune Support 30 Blueberry Flavour Gummies are a lot easier to take than tablets, especially for kids, but in return they do contain more additives from the Sweeteners (Sugar and Glucose Syrup).The bottle is nice to look at and you can easily see how many are left, my kids found these a little on the sweet side, so they really could do without the additional sweeteners.Overall, handy for those who won't take tablets but not as healthy.

She said this tastes likes sweets and is yummy. I’m happy as she’s taking some sort of supplement to her beige diet! (Seriously, what is it with my kids and food?!). These are great and I think all vitamins should come in gummy form. It certainly helps me get my kids to eat them. To be fair it makes me take my vitamins every day too!This gives you 100% of the daily recommended amount for vitamin C, which is good but I would’ve liked it to be a little higher, however of course you can just take more!

I'm really pleased with these Vitamin C and Zinc gummies, I'm not a fan of taking tablets so this makes taking supplements more easy and fun. These are suitable from 12 years upwards and have a nice subtle berry flavour.You take one a day, so these will last one month, they're tasty and nice and soft to chew. I also prefer the flavour to the usual orange flavoured vitamin C's, it's a nice change and having the added Zinc means one less supplement I have to take separately.Easy to take and a great way to boost your immune system during this pandemic, recommended.
