a rubber band can be placed in the "C" notch and streached over the top of the soda can and then hooked on the bottom hook notch to keep the soda can from vibrating or flying out of the cup holder.

It can only if you or someone can install a pole (radius of bicycle handle bar) configuring its form in the area where a food tray would be at on your c300 (on the side of you). Once installed, you can install a RAM u-bolt mounting base onto the pole then you have to get a long or short RAM mount socket arm & then you can attach the cup holder or anything that the RAM mount has to offer
