Does it leave your dog smelling like wet dog?

Well, no, not wet dog smelling once dry. But she is a short-haired dog who does not have an oily coat, so she never really smells very doggy. She does smell clean, but not frou-frou after a bath. She is a Pitbull mix so smelling frou-frou would be very insulting to her.

Can I use this shampoo twice a week?

It's not recommended to give a dog a bath twice a week

Yes it helped my dog with the itching, he wasn't itching as much
