Works well on Xbox One series consoles
Xbox One use review.I have purchased 3 of these headsets. Two for me and one for a friend. They have only been used on Xbox one series consoles and so far after over a month of use they are working well. I can hear others clearly and my party members can hear me clearly.Occasionally an echo will develop that others hear of their own voice. Through troubleshooting we have found if I reseat the 3.5mm plug or twist it a bit to ensure a good connection that has cleared the issue.Overall, I like the headset. It provides very little clamping pressure and the foam ear pad is thinker the. The Microsoft one and I don’t develop any hot spots. This will be my go to chat headset unless some one else can come out with a better single ear chat headset that exceeds this one.Been used on an Xbox One X, OG Xbox One and a stock controller and a series one Xbox Elite controller.

Kinda Unimpressed
This product is very average. It’s not terrible, not too bad for the price, but when I use it I can’t hear other players all that clearly. Sometimes I have no issues and other times no matter how high I have the volume up it seems like it never gets any louder. It’s okay for me since I mostly play single player games, but if you’re a big online multiplayer type gamer you’ll want to go ahead and buy a better headset.

Xbox User: Not a good main headset but perfect when you just want to chat with friends and game.
After ordering and using this headset for a few weeks, I am very happy to have it. This is NOT a headset you use to play competitively. It's NOT something you would generally want as your main headset. That said, I have some amazing Turtle Beaches and after a few hours of competitive gaming, they get a bit uncomfortable. When I switch games to something not as intense, I immediately switch to this headset to give my ears a rest and still bs with friends. It's very comfortable imo and my friends have actually said I sound better than when I'm using my much more expensive headset. For the price it's a great pick up for when you just want to talk to friends or it isnt very responsible to block out the world with a big headset (such as when you're watching the kids or waiting for an important call).I use this for my Xbox One X and have zero issues.

What I expected
As an avid gamer, I needed a comfortable chat headset that was affordable to replace the PS4 earbuds. These caught my eye. They were $8 so why not. I'm glad I did, everyone in chat says they can here me better than before. I hear them just fine. They're not stereo they're mono, which was what I wanted. I have a small head so they are still big for me, there's a lot of adjustability for larger heads and room for people who where glasses. Build quality is ok not great, all plastic, but what I expected for the price. Headband is loose not tight, which I like, feels very light on your head. It fits on the ear not over, which is good for long gaming hours. Volume and mute control is easy to reach. You can wear them on left or right ear by swiveling the mic to either side. Be careful when moving the mic, it's a little tight grab from the base and not the mic you could break it. Don't how long they will last but worth a shot.

Durable
I purchased 2 of this since they were on a lightning deal and I thought that they wouldn't last, boy was I wrong.. I have a 9 year old and a 5 year old, they have to share a PlayStation and of course they fight over the controller.. 5 year old is kinda rough and pulls the controller and headset from the brother, this headset is still going strong without issues... Volume and mute work great... Must say that is not loud, does not provide any boost to audio nor does it cancel noise, it's a simple headset. On the ear what you have is the sponge material just like walkmans from the old days, same as on the microphone... If you are on a budget, this is for you... Well done Amazon.

Cheap Garbage
Felt flimsy but didn't care about it for the 5 bucks. Worked the first two evening I player Red Dead Online, then on third day plugging it into the controller it would not switch the mic over as if it was dead. Tried it in the other control and no dice. Went back to the cheap earpiece Sony gives you that has worked with no issue for years.

The best cheap headphone you can get.
I wish I still had mine to add pictures but my cat destroyed the cord. Of all the cheap headphones I’ve ever owned, this is the one that sets the bar.The microphone is surprisingly sensitive (in a good way). The cord was strong and didn't give any feedback if it moved. It was also very comfortable for the longer sessions.I’m probably going to buy this again. Also, just because it says “PS4” doesn’t mean you can’t use it for the Xbox. A mic is a mic.EDIT: I bought it again. Still a great mic.

Sometimey
Okay at first but now they aren't working right. I bought to use as a cheap solution for online play and for my podcast that I'm on. They were okay for a couple of weeks but when I decided that I wanted to use them daily at work phone calls, all of a sudden now I get a hissing sounds from the mic. It's comes and goes but it's still frustrating.
