Il gusto lascia a desiderare.. ne ho provati di migliori. In ogni modo, non saprei come recensire questo prodotto. Non so davvero dire se abbia fatto è stia facendo alcuna differenza nei miei allenamenti. Non ho notato maggiore energia o incremento della massa muscolare. Non penso lo ricomprerò.

Great meal replacement
This is a great meal replacement protein powder. It tastes great and it has the right amount of protein per serving(20g). I used it to add more protein to my diet. I like the vanilla flavor. I have not tried chocolate so I do not know which flavor tastes the best.

Great for Travel
Love everything about this protein. It’s tasty with a nice, mild flavor (I purchased the lightly sweetened version). The packets are super convenient, and the powder is easily mixed with a spoon or blender bottle. Delicious with some coconut water if you’re on the fly. Best of all, it agrees with my sensitive stomach and keeps me full for several hours - particularly when taken with some carbs and fat. Definitely a day saver for early-morning flights, and the probiotics have been a bonus for travel!
