You are going to want to trust me on this. The recommended dose is 2 pills but I strongly advise you start with 1 pill for at least the first two days. It does a number on your digestive system in the very beginning.Other than that it has the surprising effect of vastly reducing my sugar cravings which is pretty great. It does reduce the desire to snack as well. If you really want to lose weight you need to make some new dietary choices but on the whole, this seems to be legit.I did not weigh myself before as I didn't want to know. I can tell by my clothes and the mirror when I am making progress and I have, so will continue with the bottle and I am pretty sure I will buy a second bottle when this one is done.

So much so that I’ve struggled eating my meals sometimes. I eat between the hours of 12pm and 8pm, allowing me lunch and dinner. i took the recommended two pills during my late/heavy lunch around 3pm. it’s now about 8pm and my hunger is completely suppressed and just now, it definitely cleansed my body if you know what i mean. i usually have problems controlling my eating habits in the evening so i’m wondering if it’ll be healthier to take the pills during a light dinner so that way you don’t over eat in the evening. will update soon :) but yes so far so good and it’s doing what it says, so no complaints as of yet!

I've been taking Thermo Blend since June 13th. I take it twice daily. I take one capsule early in the morning after a few cups of coffee. Then another between 9 - 11 am. Both are taken without food. I space them out because I experienced an upset stomach when I took 2 at the same time. The other day I actually forgot to take my second morning pill and took it around 3. Wow! What a great energy boost. I think I may actually switch to 1 capsule in the a.m. and 1capsule around 3 p.m. It really made a difference with the afternoon lows.True to its' claims it gives me energy. I have also noticed that my leg muscles are harder and more defined. I don't exercise. The only real activity that I do is go up/down my spiral stairs on a daily basis.My weight has been steady but probably wouldn't fluctuate if I was working out.My mood has been a lot better since I started taking this.Updated Review - I forgot to add that I was impressed by the Customer Service provided by this company. I was really happy with the responses to my questions via email. I contacted the company before purchasing this product. The Customer Service representative was very helpful and informative. I sent about 3-4 emails and all were answered in a timely fashion.I will also receive a bonus bottle for my review, however I am very happy with this company, their mission statement and service. I have already recommended them to friends and family. I would purchase from this company again.

I am a veteran in my early 40s with numerous defective parts and a weight problem.This product seems to help me manage my energy levels a bit, but I have not noticed a significant reduction in weight, increase in endurance or decrease in appetite, which is what I was going for.For now, I am continuing to take it because of the modest energy boost, and because I know that bitter orange (which is in this product) has some proven weight loss benefits.I will update the review as things evolve.

I am working on losing extra 15 lbs. I have been on plant-based eating for 8 months but I have also put on weight (I know it's ironic). My weakness has been refined carbs (e.g., bread, pasta, cake, chips, etc.) since eating primarily vegetables and fruits makes me hungry more frequently. I started taking this a few days ago, 1 capsule with one glass of water in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast around 7am and 1 capsule in the afternoon around 3pm. I feel great throughout the day. My appetite has noticeably curbed and so has my night snacking! It is hard to believe it because I have tried various products and nothing had worked for me until now. It also has given me a good dose of energy without any unpleasant side effects (e.g., stomachache, headaches, nausea, insomnia or jitters). I am typically sensitive to caffeine, but I have not had any negative reaction to this product. I plan to continue with the product until I reach my weight goal.
