This Is My Least Favoriite Out Of The Line
This is the type of product where you really need to take it for an extended period of time. I have been taking these a little less than a month so I haven't seen the benefits yet, but there have been no adverse affects either.Looking at the ingredients, I can see where the benefit would come from. Nature's Bounty is a brand I have used for years for my supplements, so I have no doubt that this beauty line of supplements will be effective as well.The pills are small and very easy to swallow. My only real concern is they look so pretty so they may be mistaken for candy by a small child. I wish they would have used a different type of jar.
