It does for me. Makes my skin look and feel great.

Does this have expiration date

There's only a manufacture date on the jar, but most beauty products have a shelf life of a year or so. I always say, if it's changed color, consistency, or if it smells off, throw it away! But I love this mask!

It says on the packaging that it was made in South Korea

It contains collagen, so the answer is no, it's not vegan. Collagen is an animal protein.
