I don't fully understand how this product works but it really does. You can even take them off, put the backing paper back on them, and store them for a few hours. When you come back, they'll still be cold.

Pros: individually wrapped, packages of 6 and good size for adults.Con: peculiar smellI use these for migraine headaches and sinus pain. I like that they stick on their own and the individual wrapping keeps them from drying out which I have had happen with ones I bought that were 2 to a packet

got this as a gift for someone going through radiation treatments and they working really well to help soothe her hot skin. multipurpose product that really does the job!

I use the be kool brand 99% of the time but got these on special just to give a try. They smell so bad!

While these cool as well as other pads and I like that they are individually packaged, they have an awful smell. Almost a dirt or a mold type smell or maybe mildew. I can't quite figure it. They almost help and aggravate my headache at the same time. I wear them while sleeping or it would bother me enough to not use the remaining pads. As it is, I will not be buying these ones again. You are much better off with the well patch or be kool patches. They have no unpleasant scent and work well. I only tried these because they were cheaper, seemed like a better deal. Clearly that was a mistake.

Great to use when you have a migraine. They take the edge off the pain for me.

Small and wish the cold lasted a bit longer. They also easily get bunched up in clothing.
