This is an edit after getting support from Amazon customer service and added one more star Product stopped working after one month. Amazon gave me an email id and phone number to contact for replacement.the said product was in warranty. Everytime I call on the given number they say they will call me back. But, they did not call. After reporting the same to Amazon couple of times, Amazon understood the issue i was facing and they arranged for return. So, overall Amazon 's intervention is appreciated.
