Isn't measurement usually notated as height x width x depth? Are these cans 20" tall ?

These cans are about 15 and a half inches tall.

What number plastic are the bins made of (1, 2,3, 4, 5, 6, or 7), and when they need to be retired, can these bins be recycled?

These bins have lasted for over 5 years so far Wout any issues. They are great quality. I don't know what # the bins are made of. I'm hoping they last until we can pass them on to someone else to reuse. We clean all our recyclables before putting them in the bins and try to clean the bins every few weeks.
