I’ve used this everyday for the last two years and I love it. It’s my cook-everything-in pan. It’s just the right size to create a meal for a family of four. I love that it has a lid and helper handle. I wanted a versatile pan without the nonstick surface that will last a lifetime. This is it.

I purchased this to go along with the set of Hestan Probond stainless pots and pans I bought for my wife. These are quality constructed, great looking and heavy duty.

Very high quality pan with many uses. 10 inch is the perfect size to use making meals for one or two people. This pan is great for stir-frying and making Asian noodle dishes for one or two; really anything that just won’t fit in a traditional low sided fry pan or skillet. Heavy but heats very evenly across the bottom and sides. Just be patient and let it come up to temperature slowly.

A great pan the perfect size for cooking soups ,spaghetti sauces and really anything. It's a little heavy but it cooks so well I can deal with heavy.

This is a great all-purpose pan and it's very hard to find a 5-quart pan with a long handle. I have been looking for years, to be honest. The material seems great, I like the recessed rivets. I wish the handle were shaped differently, however. This will be used mainly to make brittle, and the handle is a huge help to pour it out one handed, but the shape is too thin to hold it as securely as needed with 300-degree brittle being poured! The price was a factor as well, I have a nice coupon code to get it more than half off. But I would have paid full price just for the size and long handle.

Really beautifully built, solid and works great for all kind of recipes, truly multipurpose. Love that the rivets are flushed, no food accumulating there! The only con maybe is the handle, it is a bit narrow and if the pan is on the full side, it's hard to tilt it as I feel there is not much width to apply torque with 1 hand... but with 2 hands, the opposite handle makes it a breeze. Overall really happy.
