Used to Pre-Rust (Gun Browninng) mild steel gas tank
Used to Pre-Rust (Gun Browninng) mild steel dirt-bike gas tank.Drain & Scour tank with junk nuts & bolts, Flush thoroughly.Nice even pre-rusting layer in mild water 1-5% solution soak & slosh in warm sun 2-5HDrain, suspend wet cotton ball each day 2-3 days in warm sun for even rusting. Dry 1 day, Flush thoroughly. SCRUB with PLASTIC/Fiberglas BRISTLE brush. Flush THOROUGHLY dry in sun, Fix finish with 2 cups 2 cycle oil, thourughly slosh, drain. RUN A 5MICRON FUEL FILTER for 1 year and it'll never rust from inside again.
