The product was either defective or this is just the quality of the subwoofer but it stopped working after 4 hrs of use. When I reached out for the company to fix the problem I was told I could return it but I would have to pay for the return shipping. Reluctantly I paid for it to be shipped back and heard nothing back until I emailed and asked what the status was. I was told the speaker was received and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I obviously have already replaced the subwoofer that worked for 4 hrs. And was told they would have to reach out to the “higher ups” to see if this would be ok even though before I paid the $30 to ship the sub back. At this point I think you can see my frustration and can make your own assessment of whether it is worth $80 for a subwoofer that may only work 4 hrs. My opinion is that it was not worth the hassle.

You can’t go wrong with this subwoofer at all! I installed it in my Chaparral (boat)! The subwoofer is not in a box I cut out a 12 inch hole in my walkway into the wall! The subwoofer does what it’s designed to do and it’s makes my boat shake thinking about adding another one! The only complaint I have is the RGB remote won’t work for some reason! But other than that BUY ONE they’re a lot cheaper compared to other free air subwoofers and they get down! Btw I’ve had the sub in since the beginning of 2023 summer hasn’t skipped a beat!

Amazon site says rated for 800watts and when I received speaker instructions and description on box says 600watts.Tried to contact manufacturer for clarification and no response.returned and received quick refund.

Bought this from Sonicelectronix. Don't make my mistake, buy it from here. These are awesome subs, and if you look up the specs, they aren't lying about the magnet size.The problem with these subs is the packaging, the boxes they came in weren't even cardboard, more like construction paper. Bought 3, and 1 came loose in the box and lost the magnet cover. Was not a biggie, just 5200'd it in place afterwards. Was just amazed that the magnet really was that damn big.Mounting is a weird process. You have to take off the grille (as the grille only has 4 holes, simply not enough for this beast ESPECIALLY in a boat). Which reveals 4 more holes. Once you take off the grille you'll realize what a horrible job they did mounting the LEDs to the grille. It's a raw 5050 led ring, absolutely zero waterproofing and all 3 of my subs LEDs were held in with a dab of hot glue. I knew that the LEDs would give out after the first wash so I super glued them well in place and then waterproofed them using liquid tape, covering everything except the lens of the 5050s.Once you properly mount and seal the LEDs you have a sub that's literally up there above kicker& Rockford fosgate in terms of power. I have zero doubts on the power handling given the huge armature and coils.Tip: if you test the subs in free air and hear vent chuffing, don't worry about it, once you mount it it completely goes away. That's just a side effect of having the rear vent sealed by the plastic cap and the cone having no resistance in free air.

Installed 4 Belva 6" RBG speakers along with the 10" Belva speakers. Hooked to a power amp. Sounds great. only issue is getting the lights to all sync together. Followed instructions and they sync at first but as you change mode the zones become un-synced and colors are off and speed is off.

Not as loud as they say!
