Why does it say it's a Jimi Hendrix shirt when it's a kiss shirt?

Not sure I bought it for my dad it says Kiss

Confused with size, biggest shown is xxl but size chart it shows 2xl which aren’t the same, so which one to choose, bc i use 2xl?
