Works, but overpriced like all BMW things
If you have the later model Business CD in your E39, you can plug this thing in with about 5 minutes of work and have an Aux input. I plugged a little bluetooth doodad into it, and now we can jam some modern tunes in our old 540. ECS tuning has a much more elegant solution that uses the car's BUS, but for a quarter of the price, this thing is OK.
