Works well and easy to install.
I replaced an older one that hadn’t worked for years. I ordered it on Wednesday, it was delivered Thursday and installed on Friday.Home Depot has these but they’re not in stock and would have taken 3-4 days.

This is installed and working well.
I could not find this in local stores; they were always sold out. This works well, the noise level is low.
