Great light when I first got it but it stopped working and will not even turn on when plugged in.

Unboxed it... excited to see what this light can do... I have a shoot tomorrow... I tried to power it on... and nothing... I called Amazon tech support and the tech says "Oh, you need to charge it for 8 hours". So I charged it overnight... AND STILL NOTHING. I have ordered a replacement... but I also need it tomorrow by 3pm. I hope the replacement arrives in time... and I hope it works. I'm giving 1 star until I can actually see how it works. So far,I'm very DISAPPOINTED !!!UPDATE: I received the replacement... and IT WORKS... I love this light... Powered it on and synced it to the phone app and it works perfectly... And it even arrived in time for my shoot. VERY SATISFIED... Its Bright, versalite abd the battery life is great... Definitely worth the money.

This light WAS great. Just bright enough, feature packed, felt robust and sturdy. But the thing only lasted just over a year and just completely died out of nowhere. Didn’t drop it or anything, just completely dead. Won’t charge or anything at all either.

I have twelve of them and use very often. Great tool for DP, they fit everywhere and also can work as a camera fill light. But in the period of a year three stopped working and no charging either. They are not so expensive, but this is no reason to break is the short. I have another brand which are older and cheaper and they still working as the first day.

I’ve owned the original F7 and the F7 fold, and this is a really nice cross between the two. It gets all the updates of the fold, in a typical single light style. Solidly made, easy to operate and I appreciate things like being able to de-select settings so you don’t accidentally make adjustments when you don’t mean to by bumping it. The app is full featured and easy to connect, this is priced well despite coming with diffusion, a grid and a case; it’s very hard to complain! Reliable with accurate color and powerful; I’d highly recommend it!

When I first got it in March 2021, I was elated to work with and test all of the features and brightness of the light which is really good and works well with the app. I was able to charge it when I just got it new.Fast forward July 2022, I haven't used in a while and thought this would come in handy for a shoot I was going to do and tried charging it with the original packaging cable (white usb-c cable) and it doesn't charge or turn at all any longer. Nothing! Seems to be battery defect or just plain dead! I really hope they fix this issue in their next iteration product if at all. I will be seeking out an alternative and won't be buying this again.

This light is awesome! I'm probably going to get another soon because I am so impressed. The quality of the light it produces is perfect. The brightness is way better than I expected. I could probably get away with using it as a key light for my small space coupled with the awesome sensitivity of my a7iii. Im using it now as a fill light. I love being able to dial in the brightness and color to exactly what I want. Can't say enough good things about this little guy

This is so frustrating. After about 1.5 years, this light COMPLETELY stopped working. Absolutely horrendous quality control from this company.To my surprise, this seems to be a common problem based on the recent reviews here. DO NOT BUY. Will be writing to the company to see if they can make this right.
