Got here quick. Fits no issues

No leaks, so far so good
I used this radiator along with a Noctu quiet fan on my PC Steampunk/Diesel punk wall mount build. Painting it with some copper base coat, and hammered copper topcoat it looks as vintage as I hoped. If it doesn't provide enough cooling, I plan on purchasing a 2nd one and running them together on the same system (my original AIO had the same sized radiator, so I'm not too worried). Being made from Aluminum, I do have my concerns running it with my copper tubing, but they are separated from one another on each connection. We'll see after this 3-day flush finishes up.

Aluminum and copper dont mix!
A word of warning, do NOT use this in a loop with copper materials. You will get lots of galvanic corrosion. I made the mistake of not reading the title well enough before I purchased. Lessened larned

It Works, No Leaks
I added this 120mm rad to my current loop from EK Fluid Gaming, I also added a 360mm from this brand as well, No issues what so ever, just dont forget the adapters for whatever your hoses/tube connection requires. My cool now goes Vega -> 360mm Rad(this brand) -> WaterPump -> OCed Ryzen -> 240mm rad -> 120mm rad(this one) ->Vega, system never goes near 60C, Have a good one

Everything is fine with the radiator itself
Everything is fine with the radiator itself, no problem with leaks or threads for tubing plumbing, but the fan mounting screws are not of standard 120mm radiator thread pattern. There much smaller, making it annoying to find spare screws to mount a 2nd fan to it because it only comes with 4. I don't know who's bad idea it was to make the threads of unconventional size but it has threads on both sides of the radiator, but only 4 long screws of smaller size than standard. You'll be making a trip to the hardware store if you want to mount in push/pull configuration.
