It's a solid heavy pan that gives you much of the benefit of cast iron with less of the hassle. I can't speak for the durability of the surface but I see no reason why it shouldn't last if it is hand washed and not banged around and abused.

This is a replacements Le Creuset frying pan. Unlike the other one everything seems to stick no matter what I cook.

Really nice pan. Bought it for a gift. The kids really like it. Can't use to high of heat but the pan works really nice for them. I think I'm getting one also.

Muy mal resultado. Además, llamé a la marca un problema de adherencia, que bajo mi punto de vista es problema de calidad, y la respuesta fue que la sartén no es antiadherente... bien, comprendido. Se pega todo, absolutamente todo, así que no se que esperan que cocine en ella
