I love this product. I have been using it for over one year and it is my favorite roller. I prefer it over any other foam rollers. I love the fact that it's 33 inches. I've had people say doesn't that hurt? No, it feels good to me. It takes pain away, even though you might experience a little discomfortIt brings better deep fascia relief, unlike a regular foam roller. I use it head to toe front and back. I have learned to relax using it and feel the tension leave plus line up my body and no, I'm not afraid to use it because it does deflect from my spine and has only made me improve. I thought about getting the extra dense one to see if my body improves even more. You never know unless you try. This one is definitely number one on my routine before all my workouts and sometimes afterwards if I feel the need.

I am so grateful for this product and ll the reviews that convinced me to get this...it really does help so much with back and leg pain. I was in an accident which left me with a broken back and nerve damage that was so painful I wound up with a cardiac arrhythmia that needed two surgeries to thankfully correct...you get the picture.... As many of you know with injuries once they happen they will plague the rest of your life...Thankfully I love gardening and working in my yard...BUT i paid for it dearly after... I started fascia rolling more for circulation...it helped me get my blood flowing and I felt the stiffness start to subside...I also noticed my skin getting smoother! Does it hurt...YEA it hurts LOL but it is a good hurt...the kind that the first minutes is Wow level...and then as the tension and pain subsides...comes the AHHHHHHH!!!!! i have found doing this before bed relaxes me and I can finally sleep... I also sometimes do this in the morning if I feel stiff... I have a Ashley Black fascia blaster which i got first and costs more than this that is great ..but you do a scrubbing action...it hurts, it bruises and you must use oil on your body so it glides....my arms were aching just scrubbing my legs...forget doing your back it is awkward.. Regular smooth foam rollers...I was way past that in terms of how deeply I massaged...some say PVC pipe...for me...meh I started to research...I wanted the nubs because I knew that was what I needed...I found this and as soon as i saw it BINGO!!! Then I read the other reviews..I got the blue...I am glad I did...because not having much back fat..the give in this is less painful.. It is easier than a fascia blast and far more relaxing..,I like that I use my body weight and helps my balance and control.. I love that I can rest my neck on it during a migraine..I get cervical aka neck migraines that is alleviated but having something hard under it to apply pressure..I am so grateful for this...thanks for your reviews..it helped me decide to get it!

Rumble roller is the best foam roller I have ever used, by far. I Have used about a dozen different brands over the years and nothing works as well. I have owned my own black and blue rollers as well as the extra firm beastie ball by rumble roller since 2012 (14 years at this writing) and used it them thousands of times, as have my wife and children. They are basically like new still. I worked for 7 years as a crossfit coach and almost as many now as a PE teacher and high school strength coach and this is my go to brand. Granted my junior high and high school students cannot handle the intensity of a RR right away so the ones who are serious about their training I move them off of smooth rollers as soon as I feel they can handle the thumb like bumps of the RR. Several generic brands I have tried are "mushy" after a year or 2 of use and of course were never as effective to begin with.

I cannot tell you how happy I am to finally have my own. I use it and need it all the time! I'll buy the smaller one again in a few months for when I travel so I can fit it in my luggage. This is a must have for all gym members like me. It will benefit you much better short and long term than the ones that are just round.

The RumbleRoller Original really delivers on a deep-tissue massage that helps get rid of tight muscles after a workout. Its textured design gets into sore spots way better than a smooth roller. Plus, it's super durable and holds up well even if you use it a lot. The only drawback is that it can feel a bit intense at first, especially if you're not used to firmer rollers. But overall, it’s an awesome tool for serious muscle recovery.

Man this is great. Went from a pvc pipe with essentially pool noodle foam around it to this. Man what a difference. I would describe it as comfortably abrasive in all the right ways.

I don’t leave reviews often but this Rumble roller finally was able to target my knot in my rear shoulder (infraspinatis / sub scapularis). I started with a solid hard rubberish ball then the Rubz ball, and then had to final a roller. I knew my regular roller wouldn’t work, Triggerpoint, and had to get this full size Original Rumble roller. Right away it hit my sore spot and felt a release.
