I purchased this in August, it stopped working in Dec. I got in contact with customer service and they replaced it immediately and I received it in a few days which was awesome. I love my watch, it is definitely accurate with all the options that it has. this watch has comfortable fit for small wrists, it is easy to download, battery life last for days. and it's waterproof. So I would definitely recommend this fitness tracker watch, when I didn't have my watch....Ohhhh how I missed it!!! but now I have it and I am feeling better than ever!!! Thank you Smart Watch Sales for the awesome customer service...I appreciate all you have done!!!

Received my S5 from Amazon on Tuesday morning and immediately charged it...after hours it only had 3 out of 4 bars. Since I hadn't looked prior to plugging it in, for all I know it arrived with that amount. Went ahead and started using it: tracked a power walk, then standard everyday walking around chore stuff, a night of sleep, and another power walk the next morning and realized I was already down to only 2 bars out of 4 for the battery. So I plugged it in again even though it had been used for less than 24 hours. Tried 3 different plug locations and types for an hour each and then just left it plugged in overnight, but never got more bars for the battery life. I am absolutely certain I plugged it in right as I had my engineer husband take a look too. I then tried to reach out for assistance from Engerwall directly on their site as that is where Amazon directs you. And there was "some error trying to send the message." So no support there. If there was an easy fix that's be great to know but apparently I can't even send a message to find out. Also, not as big a deal but worth knowing, the device can not track steps if you are holding on to your treadmill as it really counts your arm swings and/or gps movement. I only wanted the heart rate monitor so didn't care but others might.

I've had this tracker for a week now and have worn it Monday through Friday, all day, even when sleeping. First, the accuracy seems pretty right on: I know my pace and check against various machines at the gym and the distance covered over time and heart rate appear to be accurate. There are some steps recorded with repeated arm movement that are not actual steps, but there are sometimes when I am carrying something that does not allow for step counts, so overall I'm not worried. Heart rate is along the lines of what I find at my MD's office or at work. By using this tracker, I found that machines at the gym were way off; my BPM were 30 - 40 over on the machines consistently. Now that I am getting a more accurate reading, I can step up my game a little. Calories burned is anyone's guess, but it remains consistent with each of my cardio workouts, so I am going by that and not the gym read outs which are off wildly. I cannot see those machines being calibrated at any time. Sleep function is not working for me because I work nights and sleep during the day, which appears to confuse this device. Instruction book says it cannot be adjusted, so according to my tracker, I have had 20 minutes of sleep in the last week :-) I also notice that the tracker will not connect to my phone by Bluetooth if there are strong wi-fi signals in the area, so at the gym it won't connect to the app. Not a big problem however, because it will connect when I get out and download the latest numbers to the app. And finally, I have not been able to use the exercise function (walk, run, etc) as my phone or the app / tracker will not connect in that mode. So, I use the step counter / heart rate / kcal and distance functions which are more than enough for my needs. Overall, I am happy with this - I mean $20 vs $220 is big right now and I get what I need from it.

My old tracker was identical and worn every day for almost two years. I'm surprised that it survived that long but it was still alive in the end but frequently dropped its Bluetooth connection. This is the same face with new software and functionality. It's new but familiar and I really like them. Battery life is impressive and no special hardware is required - just plug it into your computer, phone charger, car or any standard USB port. The display is hard to read in bright light but will illuminate a dark room if you trigger it in you sleep (actually, a handy feature). This model includes glucose monitoring that wasn't featured on the old version. I treat the readings as ballpark figures that are accurate enough for trending. It takes some getting used to but I'm familiar with the tricky things like pedometer counting. It will count certain actions that don't involve motion but not pushing a shopping cart. I had a difficult time pairing the tracker to the app because I wanted to unbind my old one and connect the new one in its place. The app has changed and I had to update my phone with a newer version. While I prefer the older version, I can live with the new one. I really like this contraption. It's not an imposing size and requires little more than charging. Amazing gadget for the price. 12/31/2023 My new bracelet has failed to remain connected and gets stuck in a reconnect loop that kills my phone battery. It connected at times during the week I've had it but, after the latest app update that was installed overnight, it won't remain connected long enough to be of use. Think I'll look for my original bracelet. It's appearance was identical but it was reliable. 10/9/2024 My new one died this morning. It worked until I took it off to shower but it no longer responds when touching the key on its face and fails pairing with the app. it's just dead. Neat gadget but I'm not buying a 4th.

I absolutely LOVE this fitness tracker. It really helps with keeping my commitment of my daily step goals. The accuracy is excellent. Its not off track when im driving or riding.

Smartwatch semplice, economico, impermeabile, leggero, funzionale, display luminoso e ben visibile, con sfondi intercambiabili, ottima durata della batteria, ricaricabile senza la necessità di cavi (basta una qualsiasi presa USB, oggi presente ovunque), con funzioni di misurazione salutistiche che neanche orologi più pregiati hanno. Infatti oltre alla misurazione dei passi, km percorsi, calorie, pulsazioni cardiache, sonno, attività sportive svolte, ha anche l’avviso con notifiche di sedenteriatà (ci avvisa quando siamo fermi o seduti da troppo tempo) e di idratazione. È inoltre aggiornato anche al COVID-19 😷, infatti ha la misurazione della temperatura corporea 🌡 e dell’ossigenazione del sangue (saturazione). Ha anche un’altra funzione importantissima, la misurazione della pressione arteriosa, con indicazione della minima e la massima. Anche l’App di gestione e semplice, chiara e funzionale. Installata su IPhone 11 non ha avuto alcun tipo di problema nell’abbinamento con lo smartwatch. Che altro dire, per poco più di 20€ è un ottimo prodotto, con un rapporto di qualità/prezzo eccellente.

Ben oltre le aspettative, l'articolo si presenta bene, istruzioni in italiano. Ergonomico, ci ho dormito tutta la notte per monitorare il sonno. Preciso e affidabile. Ha la misurazione della pressione sanguigna affidabile così come la saturazione del ossigeno (fatto test con saturimetro) ed è affidabile. La carica del dispositivo si toglie il cinturino e si inserisce nel caricatore USB. Veloce la carica e resistente. Si cambia il quadrante e gestione notifiche da app(runmifit in italiano). Ottima per la gestione di corsa e passeggiata,indica anche quante pause per bere un tot di acqua al giorno. Nel complesso ben oltre le aspettative. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per quel che gira su internet posso dire di aver ricevuto un prodotto affidabile ed elegante. Molto efficace l'assistenza tecnica, mi hanno subito contattato per una richiesta, spedizione prime... Che dire... Acquistatelo.
