This arrived sealed and fresh. I am a big fan of CoQ10 supplements due to the many benefits. In particular, I noticed it does wonders for my skin. This is a high quality, good value product. The pills are small and easy to swallow. There isn't any odd smell or taste. Great product.

I really like this brand of CoQ10. The last one I have been using, you had to take to softgels to get the appropriate dose for the day. So this is nice that you only have to take one and that they are fast acting! It's also really important to me that my supplements are non-GMO, and this one fits that criteria… And icing on the cake is that it is also made with black pepper extract increasing the absorption capacity. Happy with this product, and wouldn't be surprised if I reorder once I run out! :-)

These capsules are small so if you have issues taking larger pills these would be great being easy to swallow. It was recommended that we take 300mg so we need to take 3 at a time, so these are probably not the most practical for us.

My dr suggested I take CoQ 10 with my cholesterol medication. I typically like gummies but happy to try these. They are a soft gel capsule which I found easy to swallow. I like to take my medication at night and didn't have any heartburn or reflux with this brand. It's easy to open and dispense what you need.
