This is my first cellulite massager. I was impressed with the massager, gold storage bag and directions provided. The diameter of the massager is over 4 1/2 inch diameter.The product is packaged like a gift. It is easy to use and seems to be well made. The seller provides directions on doing the anti-cellulite massage in 5 easy steps.1. Warm up muscles and promote circulation by taking warm bath or shower.2. Use a oil or cellulite cream ( I prefer coconut oil) on problem areas before using the massager. Mage sure hand is secure in strap before beginning.3. Use circular motions about the size of a orange. Use swift vertical, horizontal and diagonal strokes with enough pressure to stimulate but not hurt.4. No established time limit. Once the area is fatigued move on.5. Follow this routine 3-4 times a week for a month to obtain noticeable results.They recommend cleaning by soaking in warm soapy water. Disinfect with a few drops of bleach, antiseptic solution or tea tree oil. I prefer tea tree oil.They provide warning that extensive bruising is a sign you are massaging too hard. Allow bruises to fade before using again.I am totally pleased with this cellulite massager by Isabella Dora. I use it primarily to increase circulation and stimulate my lymphatic system. The Isabella Dora Cellulite Massager comes with a little pouch for the massager which is good for storage. I try to use this three to four times a week, and 15 minutes each times. One important thing to remember is you MUST put on lotion or oil before you actually use the massager, it will lubricate your skin and make it easier to use it. I first have to say I rarely take a bath so I use this in the shower. After I've washed and am good and wet I put coconut or almond oil on and use this cellulite massager -- IT Feels WONDERFUL! I use it all over in multiple directions but a bit more on the spots that are a bit unsightly from cellulite. It makes my skin smooth and soft. It works great on my feet and head too. I'm noticing slightly less cellulite but I think with repeated use it'll get way better. My husband said I feel smoother though and that's the true test for me👌🏻. It's small enough to hang in my shower and no holes to collect water for mold growth. So far I really like it!Received for free in exchange for my unbiased opinion
