Let's talk energy these work so well I take them with magnesium glycinate 500mg at night the next day I notice my energy is up, no pain in my body, easy to swallow no bad tastes or smells.

Probably one of better ones available
As you know, if you Take Zinc, you have to take copper to balance out the ratio otherwise you will be deficient in one or the other if you just take one without the other.This product comes with both so thats the only reason I purchased it without having buy separate supplements. Selenium is also a plus to have.No negative issue so far and will continue to use this supplement.

zinc is important for vitD absorption so I try to take it every day. It has other benefits too. the pills are easy to swallow and no taste.
