Q: I am looking for a slightly flexible head, to make scrambled eggs in a nonstick pan. Is this one of those really stiff spatulas, or does it have give?

The rubber is fairly pliable, not as pliable as a rubbermaid. The rubber is much thicker than the rubber on a rubbermaid. I have used mine to make scrambled eggs in a nonstick pan; I do use some olive oil in the pan, first.

Q: can it be use properly and comfortably by a left-handed person?

Yes, it is a great product and works very well. I use this in a professional kitchen, many of the staff are left-handed and have no complaints.

Q: Where's it made? China?

It's the only made-in-USA spatula that I can find. Excellent quality.

Great spatula go bigger tho if you plan on using it to cook but solid build none the less don't see myself breaking it anytime soon

Sturdy scooper

We saw these on multiple videos being used by chefs and after really looking around we also saw it a lot at local fool places. My son uses this for everything from scooping rice to of course scooping ice cream. It’s Strong and the right size for us.
