Awesome magnetic holder!
This magnetic bar has a very strong magnet and holds all of my knives. It saves drawer and countertop space by keeping the sharp knives I use every day out of drawers and countertop wooden holders. It also keeps my knives up onto my wall where little hands can't reach. This magnetic knife bar came in on time, in very good condition and was a breeze to install. It is stylish, durable, has a powerful magnet and best of all was inexpensive for its great value. It is worth every penny!! I'm actually contemplating on getting one of these for my sewing room to hold scissors and other sewing tools! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to purchase this item.

Works perfectly, especially for the price.
I'm very happy with this magnetic knife bar.Pros:- This bar is very easy to mount. It can be installed in just a few minutes with nothing but a screwdriver. The kit also includes drywall anchors so it doesn't need to be installed in a stud.- The magnet is strong enough to hold my largest knives (Cutco 8" chef's and Cutco 12" bread knife). I was concerned that the heaviest of them might not cling very well, but they hold just fine.- I prefer this to a traditional knife block because it saves valuable counter space and looks tidy.- Cost. This particular one is more affordable than others of the same quality. No cons come to mind!

Can't go wrong with this...
Best deal on magnetic knife bar anywhere on the net. Even that other low price site you may frequent. Size for Price alone you can't beat it. To have it be a quality peice that works very well. Even better.Nice touch that Ouddy themselves contacted me very soon after delivered to see if I was happy with the item, and if not to let them know what they could do to make me happy. Very very few companies take the time to do that for every customer.Again. Can't beat this bar. Simply the best you can get for your money. Anywhere. I should know. I looked everywhere trying to find a better deal(I'm a penny pincher). Anything cheaper than this is a lot smaller. This has plenty of room for lots of knives/scissors/kitchen utensils. But I like ease of access to things like knives/scissors in the kitchen. Looking at buying another one for the other side of my kitchen very soon.

Great knife rack
While it's not the sexiest looking of the magnetic racks, it's extremely functional and the longest. I had a solid stainless one prior to this - but it was too heavy and came off the wall. This rack weighs much less and the magnets are super strong. I mounted it to a glass tile splashback using marine adhesive - works great! The extra few inches in length hold eight knives, scissors, and dough scraper comfortably. I've used a magnetic rack in the last three houses I've had and wouldn't store my knives any other way.

Great bar, mounting hardware is cheap
UPDATE: A year later, and I've purchased a second bar for my kitchen to hold additional knives. The original is fantastic and looks good, but the second one cost me $5 more :( The included hardware is the same as the original, which I found to be sub-par a year ago... you'd think if they are going to charge more, the least they could do is upgrade the mounting hardware?ORIGINAL: The magnetic bar is good quality, and holds knives well, but the mounting screws provided were very small and small heads. I swapped them (and the anchors) out for something beefier and I'm sure the bar will be on my kitchen wall for many years.

Easy !
I love it. Easily holds all my stuff right where I need it most. I had no trouble putting it up......in my apartment which has wall board.I thought it might be difficult for me, I am not handy or strong. But took me 10 minutes, 5 of which was to measure and be sure it looked straight. First I put tiny nails partway in the pencil marks I first made with and set the bar on them, so I could step away and be sure it look straight. Then I drove large nail in to make holes for the plastic thingees. Then I tapped gently with hammer to put the plastic thingees in. Then I screwed bar up with screws provided. It's up there very sturdy.

I should have bought one of these years ago.
Even though there were no directions for installing this knife bar, it was fairly easy to put up and included all the hardware we needed to secure it to the drywall in our kitchen. I am VERY happy with it and am already considering buying another one. I LOVE having the real estate on my counter where my old knife block used to live. That part of the kitchen keeps catching my eye now because it looks so fundamentally different to have the knives up on the wall and that big wooden block out of there! I should have bought one of these years ago.

Looks great, works well
This works great -- holds my knives so much better than the last one I had from Ikea. I didn't use any anchors when attaching it and it's still very sturdy. I'm almost considering getting another one to hold my tools.UPDATE -- After a year and a half, this still looks new (no rust) and still works perfectly. It hasn't slipped out at all so I don't feel bad about not using anchors. Of course, that all depends on the wall you attach it to. It works great on my kitchen walls and they are drywall. The magnet is still strong and the knives hold well and don't slide down. Very happy with this purchase.
