These work great. They are high quality and last a long time. The have 3 different layers so that I can lift my heel 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8". One of my legs is shorter than the other and most people have one leg that is longer/shorter than the other. My left leg is 8mm shorter than my right leg and that causes my hips to not be straight, and in turn, that causes me to have lower back pain. By placing one of these in my left shoe, it raises my leg and levels my hips so that I have much less back pain. This is the same brand sold at the Chiropractor's office and I bought my first pair there because they were recommended to help me. These are much cheaper on Amazon, so I bought 3 more pair here on Amazon and now I have them in all the shoes I wear on a regular basis. They really help and they last a long time. Some people put them in both shoes to give cushion for their heels and they work great for that too because they absorb a lot of shock in the heel when you walk. Live life more comfortably and with less pain, and it starts in the feet! I highly recommend these!

These work great and, with the different thicknesses, you can fine tune variations in leg lengths.

Sturdy lift. Doesn't get mushy

One of our dogs ate my old orthopedic heel lift. I ordered the Premium Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift on Amazon and it has been a life saver. Fit my shoe perfectly. They are well made and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Works great and make a huge difference in my days, due to my scoliosis I have many back and thighs pain, with this I’m such better.

Does pull apart in layers but due to a surgical side effect my podiatrist felt it was not soft enough and used a foam product. Using in a different shoe and had to separate the layers.

High quality. Im 400lbs and they last quite a while in my work boot. Great for if you need a heel lift, start at 1/8 and work it up as it wears or as needed. I broke my legs and one leg is shorter, helped realign my pelvis but was extremely painful for about a month or two.

Product came with the glue falling apart from the heel portion causing it to not stick and not stay straight.

Best heel lifts I've had. Only issue is they get detached from the main part. How do I get them to stick to my shoe?
