My wife and I are retired and starting to travel more. Our old luggage had wheels, but not spinners and the wheels were a 'royal pain' when we traveled during the holidays. So, in preparation for our spring vacation to California to visit family, we ordered Rockland luggage with spinner wheels. A family friend told us "This luggage will change your life." And she was right. We love the color, quality/strength and spinner wheels this luggage offers. Ultimate Challenge? The Burbank Airport Walk of Shame from the baggage carousel to the Rental Car depot about 100 yards away. The Rockland Luggage spinner wheels made the long walk a breeze, traversing up and down escalators, people-moving belts and smooth surfaces. We highly recommend this luggage for strength, beauty and functional spinner wheels making our travels a breeze.

I'm a a real woman and I'm gonna give you a real review. I am am middle aged, middle class, mid American busy wife and mom and I don't have time or money to waste on inferior products. I ordered the Rockland Melbourne Hardside Expandable luggage set of 3 in Turquoise. The product arrived today with in just 2 days of placing my order. It came in a huge box which was kind of beat up so I was a bit worried. Upon opening it the large suite case was wrapped in a plastic bag taped shut and the other two pieces were nested inside of each other and also wrapped in plastic bags. All 3 pieces had sales tags attached. I opened each piece and checked thoroughly for any damage. It all looks great. No scratches, no dents, no tears, all zippers worked great and the interior lining was all attached well. I checked that all the wheels were attached well and that they all moved freely. There is a very slight smell , like one of those inflatable pool toys, but very faint. The color is true to the picture, a very bright Turquoise Blue. I have not used the luggage yet so it still remains to be seen how well it will hold up during travel but for this price this is a steal of a deal so far.

Great product. Probably not durable enough for plane, travel or overseas adventures but great for any car travel or weekend needs.

Bought the 3 pack set of luggage for a trip to the UK and was really looking forward to using them as my previous hard-shell luggage finally cracked after 10 years. Decided on this brand as I loved the color choices, the price was decent for all 3, and they looked like really quality pieces.Unfortunately, I didn't even make it to the UK yet and the large sized suitcase cracked on one of the wheels. I packed the suitcase the night before and stayed in a hotel in my way to the airport. I laid the suitcase on the hotel bed to get a few things out and the next morning I closed it up and set it back onto the floor on the wheels when I heard a snap. At first I couldn't tell where the noise came from but shortly after I tried to roll the suitcase out to my car, one of the wheels started to cave inward. That's when I realized that the case had cracked in 2 places right around one of the wheels.I was shocked that it cracked so easily after barely one use considering that my other brand of hardshell luggage lasted 10 years before cracking. Since I'm outside of the return window, I had to go to the hardware store and buy some fiberglass resin and materials to reinforce and fix the crack from the inside of the case. $40 in materials to fix something that should never have cracked that easily.I haven't even gotten on the plane yet to fly to the UK, so my expectations that this luggage will survive the manhandling from the flight crew is pretty low. I'll be shocked if this doesn't end up cracked when I pick it up from baggage claim.Really disappointed that it broke so easily and there's nothing I can do about it other than try to repair it myself.

We bought 4 sets of this 3 piece luggage for our families' trip to Europe after having a great experience with another one we bought previously. We each took our medium sized bags and hauled them through several airports, subways, onto trains and even over some uneven cobblestone streets. We were amazed at how well they held up and how lightweight they were, not to mention how smooth they are to roll! They roll like a dream! We are seasoned travelers and we all kept commenting on how much we loved this luggage and how happy we were with them. My sister and her husband ended up coming home and buying a set for themselves as well after seeing ours. So far we haven't been disappointed!

I’ve had mine for a few years now, and so happy I made this purchase. I even got all three when they were on sale (all three for less than what a normal store would sell just ONE suitcase for). Makes my trips at the airport more effortless and they hold up well. No cracks in mine and going on about 3yrs now
