Terrible quality. Straight out of the box it is banged up and scratched over with a bad smell. It is also creased and would probably take a while to straighten out.Good size for travel but I would probably use disinfectant to clean it before using it.

This bag is very durable and good quality. It holds all of the necessary toiletries needed for travel or even daily use! It’s nice to have everything in one place and room for plenty more. This is the 2nd one I’ve ordered and am very happy with both of them. It arrives safe with secure packaging that compacts the bag during shipment. Once opened and filled up it naturally takes its shape back with no issues! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something new!

12/28/21-UPDATE I AM REVISING MY REVIEW AND ADDED A STAR as I was contacted by the company with an apology re: the condition I received this item. They have taken my issue to heart and we’re going to look into it. The customer service was excellent and had it not been for the fact that it was too small for the recipient, it was a nice leather bag.I purchased this as a gift so not sure how it will be liked by the recipient. I was rather annoyed though when I opened to make sure it was what I ordered. It was smashed so compact that it will take some time for it to straighten out. Not a way to pack a leather item. Also when I pulled it open, the crease where the handle was smashed had a bit of mold which I had to clean and sanitize. I would not recommend this and I am going to ask the recipient if they want to keep or return. I would have returned but was afraid I would not get another in time. The item itself is fine-it was mainly the way it was handled! NOT HAPPY!

You can immediately tell it's genuine leather; love the smell. Packaging was meticulous and matched the superb quality of the bag. This was a gift for my Dad and I couldn't be happier with the product. Much nicer than any I had seen in any stores, and I had been looking for a long time. Double compartment was a big plus.

I have been looking for a bag that had 2 dividing compartments so I can separate my brushes and in the other department my make up so when i am getting ready in the morning im not shuffling around trying to find things so I decided to give this one a try. FIRST of all the way they packaged it I was very impressive it comes with a dust bag Second im so impressed with bag the craftsmanship is on point excellent quality absolutely stunning you can use this bag for so many different things. i will have this bag for years im so glad i made this purchase LOVE IT

I bought this case for a different purpose other than bathroom toiletries. I wanted something simple yet well-made and this seemed to fit the bill. The leather is substantial and it appears to be of excellent quality. Turns out, though, that it is really bigger than I need. My fault for not really considering what I’m going to put in it and how much room I really need. I have been using it for several weeks so I can’t return it, so I will start looking for one in a better size. But seriously if you are looking for a well-made, substantial leather bag for toiletries, you will not be disappointed in this product.
