Tasty seasoning
Great spice for pasta but not enough red pepper flakes

Delicious and HOT HOT HOT
I absolutely LOVE Calabrian peppers and am a fan of anything that is considered too hot for most people. I've used this following the directions on the jar a couple of times now and it is absolutely delicious, but just know that you will basically be eating a plate of heat. I only gave it three stars for Versatility because it is so hot that it limits what you can actually do with it (and who can actually eat it), but I will continue to use it and see what other things I can add to the pan to make a more well-rounded meal out of it.

Great spice blend
I saw an Italian chef that I follow using this. I have to say she was spot on right… this mix is so good on other dishes besides spaghetti sauce. Great blend, try it and I hope you like it as much as I do!!

Fantastic Olive Oil Seasoning
My cousin's in Italy add a local spice mix similar to this into there olive oil jar itself and then when serving spaghetti or other dishes sprinkle it on it for extra flavor and some heat. I loved it so they sent me home with some of the spice mix but when I ran out I searched for a replacement mix and got this and it's great. I just add enough into a bottle of good quality olive oil to fill like an eighth to a quarter of the bottom of the bottle and shake every now and then for a few weeks of steeping and done. You can use it to cook with or whatever but careful it is spicy hot, but good hot.

Spaghetti
This product is over the top too spicy. We put a bit of red pepper flakes in our sauce. But this is way way WAY to Spicy…we can not use it, it is at least 90% red pepper flakes. Don’t purchase it. It ruins the sauce

Meh, more heat than Italian spices
I have been searching for a replacement for the unavailable Tones Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning-and sadly this is not it. There is mainly parsley in this mixture. While I do enjoy the large slices of garlic and the sun dried tomatoes, this is more heat and less Italian spices such as basil, oregano etc. I won’t be purchasing again. My search goes on…
