This feeder is the best latest investment into my sleep. We schedule feeding for 5am and I can sleep without knowing that my cat needs food.The timer and opening mechanism are really noiseless. It's kind of tricky to set-up opening time, but even if the feeder hasn't opened at 5 and my cat is trying to wake me up, all I need to do is to move my hand from the bed and turn the thing on the cover to release it.My cat tried to open a section containing food immediately when we first started using it, but failed and it seems he doesn't do it anymore.

Second one of these we have purchased (we foster cats), they are well made and easy to set up. A great tool to allow you to leave the cat for up to three meals and to be confident that they will be fed without problem.

My ancient feeder broke so I had to get a new one. This is a nice product on the whole. It looks good, with classy mouldings (though the food trays are made from quite thin plastic) and a feeling of thoughtful design. For instance, there's a special link that lets you set it so both lids open at the same time if you want, and this stores neatly inside. The instructions are clear. If I have a minor criticism, it's that the dials aren't all that easy to get hold of because of their shape, but it's a minor point. A recent holiday prove that it works properly.

I got one of these nearly 3 years ago now (July 23) and it has been in daily use ever since. Brilliant item. Great price. The cat usually broke previous feeders but this is intact like new. Definitely a great buy, hence getting it for the new cat now.

Reasonably priced for the quality. Bought two for my cats for when I’m away for the evening and morning. Very easy to operate and clean. Would highly recommend

Love this product, timer so quiet, so had to test if was working which it was , at least my cat is feed enough for 24 hours.

I got this so I could sleep in or leave the house for a day without my cat going hungry. While the timers are a bit imprecise and occasionally open earlier or later than expected, it works otherwise.However, the design is not cat-proof if you have a determined and food-driven cat. Apart from the deep scratches and bite marks all over the plastic, evidence of my cat’s determination, she has also succeeded in flipping it over multiple times, as it’s too lightweight. The compartments will not open if it’s lying the wrong way up. The timers are also too accessible. In her attempts to open it, she has nudged and changed them, either opening it early or setting it to open much later. I have tried wedging it between furniture and putting heavy books on one of the compartments, but so far, all that’s doing is providing the cat with more mental stimulation and physical exercise in trying to get to it.I’m now thinking of investing in one of the round automatic feeders with a digital timer, where I can cover the timer and which I should be able to weigh down better.

Just what I wanted to give some food to my cat in the night.He does not pester me so early in the mornings wanting food anymore.
