It is very thick. The consistency of most scalp greases. I would estimate it is the same consistency of room temperature coconut oil in its solid state. I hope this info was helpful!

I purchased the maximum strength but it was a bit too heavy and weighed my hair down. I love the regular strength and recommend it highly as a regular use product.
