While this book is mainly about changing your lifestyle and eating better to reduce inflammation, fight heart disease, and chronic pain it really does just apply to anyone. This book will teach you how to eat foods that are not full of sugar and refined and how to eat them in the right portions. This is a really great book for anyone looking to change your lifestyle and eat healthier. I would highly recommend this book.

Great book!
Great book. Educational and informative. I loved that it included a section on herbs and spices. Includes the healthiest ways to cook foods and a long list of vitamins and minerals and which foods to find them in. Book is practical, easy to read and well written. Recommend.

Lacks any real helpful information
This book is nothing more than a printed out description of Anti Inflammatory Diet nothing of any information at all.

The book was ok but the diet it self would be so hard to follow limits your food choices so much. I guess it did give me some ideas about some foods I can cut back.

sweet, and to the point
Short, sweet, and to the point. I wanted an overview of the anti-inflammatory diet, and this gave me all I needed plus some very interesting detail.
