The unit arrived with a cracked housing while still in the plastic. Shipping box did not have a single dent in it. This unit runs on a battery pack which you plug into the unit (see picture). That means you have an unsightly plastic battery compartment no more than a few inches away from this light. For the price there seem to be better options. Definitely returning this one.

Love the design in plastic the form fit and feel but hated the way that the sensor plugs into the outside and that there was no receiver anywhere in the front plate. Had to completely redesign the receiver to go inside the Box.

The sign works perfectly and keeps people from barging in. The remote is handy though I am afraid one of us is going to lose it and then it will be a manual sign, but that one is on us. :)
