Easy to put together and easy to install.

I purchased this fan once prior to this and it was such a great, quality fan, we decided to purchase a second. The first, oddly enough, was a refurb and we had expectations there were going to be flaws. Surprise to us, there weren’t any notes and we were stoked. Then came the second fan that was a brand new (Not refurbished) with many flaws.Functionally- it works great and looks great. Some flaws within the design/print of the blades that may or may not be intentional to the rustic look.Quality: the white remote and docking piece weren’t as advertised. The remote is black, and there isn’t a Remote dock as listed resulting in having to keep up with this small remote on top of other remotes. In addition to that, one of the glass globes is extremely scratched/etched up with a chip in the glass as shown in the picture.Pretty disappointed given our experience with the first.

Fan came with missing parts. Contacted company and they ignored requests. No customer support for their junk product. Shop elsewhere.UPDATE- after posting review, company reached out and sent missing parts. Fan works and looks great now. Changed to 3 stars from 1 because it was a hassle.

very quiet. because of old wiring and the remote reciever installation was not really easy. it is really tight trying to fit it all in the box. before you call an electrician like i did because it wouldnt work by pulling the strings ,realize it will only turn on with the remote until it is sync'ed

We got this for our bedroom. I love the look of it, it was easy to install. I did order a universal remote with it based on previous reviews, but beware the area to house the unit inside the fan is small. Luckily I ordered a remote with a small transmitter box. It is super quiet! Very happy with my purchase overall.

The fan is exactly as described and very nice looking, though minor, I never received the wall dock holder for the remote and am hoping the supplier will send me a replacement in return especially in our house as we have a toddler and remotes go missing quickly....., other than that, the fan is everything I hoped for.
