I love this supplement, but its sold out and can't buy anymore, hope they bring in more.

Wanted to try this out because of all the great reviews... As of this review, I have been taking this for a little more than 2 and a half weeks. Just got back from am international trip, and I was interested in trying this to see if it would have an effect on energy levels, and also for the health benefits. I have been trying to lose a few pounds as well, and as my gym membership is on hold at the moment, I wanted to see if my weight would change with just this product and minor diet changes.So far: I have lost about 3 pounds , I have noticed a decrease in appetite, and I do feel my skin looks more healthy than before (though I don't think that's one of the product claims).I usually take one capsule every morning, followed by a cup of tea. I have noticed that I need to go to the bathroom more frequently, which has been mentioned in other reviews as well. I believe that it acts as a diuretic, which could partly explain some of the weight loss. Also, I do notice that I feel full much faster now, and it takes me longer to feel hungry. So in my opinion, this has been helpful with weight loss (though you still do need to exercise a degree of self control)-- for maximum health benefits it would definitely help if you combined it with diet and exercise.I did knock off one star because I noticed zero changes with my energy levels... Maybe because it's decaffeinated? Not sure if people think it increases their energy because of a placebo effect or whether I'm just one of the unlucky ones...In summary, I would still recommend this product, but be aware that it's not a miracle weight loss product. It will certainly help, but it needs to be combined with conscious life style changes.
