Very helpful for Vaginal infections (Fishy Smell and itching)
I have been taking this probiotic for 1 year now, it's giving me good result. I am not visiting my Ob-gyne now. It really helps me a lot for vaginal infection and giving me energy everyday.

So far so good
This women’s probiotic is a solid daily supplement for overall gut and feminine health. The 50 billion CFU with 16 diverse strains feels like a strong, well-rounded formula, and I like that it also includes organic cranberry for extra urinary tract support. The capsules are easy to swallow, don’t have any taste or aftertaste, and the bottle is convenient for daily use. I also appreciate that it’s shelf-stable and doesn’t require refrigeration, which makes it easy to travel with or keep in my routine without stress. After consistent use, I noticed improved digestion and less bloating, and it just gave me an overall “balanced” feeling internally. It feels like a good all-in-one probiotic for women who want gut, immune, and feminine support in one product. The only downside is that results can take time, so it’s not an overnight fix—you have to be consistent with it. Also, everyone’s body reacts differently, so it may work better for some than others.Overall, this is a great value probiotic that supports multiple areas of health in one simple capsule. Definitely a staple in my wellness routin

Probiotic got my skin back on track.
I added a probiotic to the regular supplements I take daily a few years ago. It makes a big difference in not kust my digestion but my overall health. So many of our systems have their foundations in our gut, including our immune system & our hormonal balances. I have always dealt with a hormonal imbalace that causes migraines, crappy periods & breakouts. It's been a constant struggle since my mid 20s, & leaves me with borderline PCOS. I'm now 36 & dealing with not just the migraines, but the acne, is just unacceptable at my age. I know plenty of women deal with the issues as well. Adult acne is nothing to be ashamed of, but it is frustrating, painful & so hard to conceal. I actually went back to school at 30 to become a medical esthetician; originally my research & drive to learn was to heal my own skin & hopefully my underlying hormonal issues, but it quickly turned into learning everything I could to help others suffering from the same condition. Female hormonal adult acne rates have skyrocketed in the last decade. Our eating habits, stress, pollution, chemicals found in skincare marketed as "great for skin" & "noncomedogenic" all work in collaboration to be detrimental to our skin. Breakouts, but also wrinkles, redness, inflammation, dullness, rosacea & eczema flares, etc can all be attributed to not kust what we place on our skin, but also way we place in our bodies.Probiotics, a good one with multiple strains of bacteria & a lot of it, can be one of the best things you can do to help repair those issues. My skin not only glows, but my breakouts have decreased drastically since adding a probiotic. I do have a great skincare routine & that goes a long ways, but internal gut health is the basis for that skincare being able to be effective. I had let my bottle of my previous probiotic run out & with all that had been going on in 2020, I had just forgotten to reorder. It wasn't until my digestion seemed off, my energy seemed especially low & my skin was especially finiky that it dawned on me that I hadn't been taking a probiotic. I found this 1 & liked the info I read, so I decided to try it. I've used 1 complete bottle now, well...half a bottle as I split it with my mom. It's def a probiotic I would continue to order. My skin is clear again, for the most part (I've come to terms with the fact that even prescription retinoids & regular facials can't keep my skin completely clear), my stomach feels great, my period cramps were even fewer this month. I also believe when I am taking a good probiotic, it can help my allergies to be less severe. Dec & Jan tend to be the worst months for me every year, & this last month has absolutely been less severe. The probiotics help to prevent an overrun of histamine based inflammation in your system.I find the capsules are easy to take as well. I always look for a probiotic with billions, not millions, of cultures, & this 1 fits the bill as well.If you are looking for a good probiotic to try, this 1 should def be an option. It doesn't cost $40 a month, as some others do as well.
