Is this the same Flower Bouquet kit that is listed on the Lego's website for $49.99?

Yes. Although it is currently out of stock on the LEGO site. Amazon's price is $49.99 too. I bought one here at that price myself. But Amazon is currently out of stock as well and third party sellers are charging a higher price. It will be back in stock at the retail price soon enough I"m sure.
