Hello, The source of the lactose used in Boiron medicines is cow’s milk (the casein has been removed). The amount of lactose in the medicine depends on which medicine is being discussed. 7.5 mg per pellet in a multi-dose tube 150 mg per unit-dose tube 247 mg per tablet (except for Acteane which is 60 mg per tablet) All Boiron single medicines can be special ordered as a liquid dilution. The liquid does not contain the sucrose or lactose used in the pellets, but it does contain 20% alcohol as a preservative. Five (5) pellets equal 10 drops of a liquid dilution. Thank you.

is this actually Sepia or Arsenicum Album? picture / title disconnect?

I’m wondering if something glitched with the manufacturers listings... a bunch of the items now read arsenica in the listing title, but have a different picture & description in the actual listing? This one still says for mood swings (which matches Sepia) in the description even though the title is different?

The CK (Korsakovian dilution) is method of repeated dilution using but a single vile. This allows for much efficient production of high dissolution rates. I don't know the relative accuracy of use of a single (CK) vs multiple (C) viles.

Not effective at all

Rip off- it got finished in 7 days and did zero effect. You can get half the price from your local pharmacies if you want to try. I feel no difference in my mood. Amazon is charging double price for this product
