product works fine but severe lack of ear buds n cant seem to get more ear buds which is a shame

We got 2 sets of these fir a few older ladies in our congregation. They work great for half of the ladies. One lady has no luck at all with it though which is very disappointing. But it does work for 2 of our ladies.
